WRONG FOR EACH OTHER - Toronto Centre for the Arts

This play is a two-character comedy/drama, and we are holding auditions for the female role (Norah). The role of Rudy is being played by Mario D'Alimonte. Norah is a cultured, fussy (but fun-loving) Arts Administrator who falls in love, despite seemingly insurmountable differences, with Rudy, an entrepreneurial house painter who's a little rough around the edges. Other than this relationship, Norah tends to make safe, almost timid, choices in her life due to a wayward mother and an over-protective father. We see Norah at first in her late thirties (or early-mid 40's) but also, during flashback sequences, we see her as young as late twenties. Please prepare a comedic monologue of about two minutes. If you have questions, or wish to book an audition, please email me at encoreshows@gmail.com. We will confirm your time by email. THIS IS A NON-PAYING ROLE.
