HERSHEY AREA PLAYHOUSE HOLDING AUDITION MEETING FOR
THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES
Hershey Area Playhouse will host a meeting on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2015, for those interested in participating in a special production of The Vagina Monologues. The meeting will occur from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Playhouse.
Written by Eve Ensler, The Vagina Monologues oscillates from hilarious to horrifying. It is both uproarious and disquieting, but always truthful in its message about women and their experiences involving their lady parts. There are several stories presented in monologues, featuring viewpoints of women of all ages and races, and pieces that have not been in previous versions of the show.
Interested participants do not have to come with a prepared monologue; excerpts from the script will be provided. The Playhouse is located at 830 Cherry Drive, Hershey. Additional questions should be directed to Jennifer Feldser at 717.571.4891 or

Performances will be held Feb. 27-28 and March 1, 2015, at the Playhouse. Performance proceeds will benefit the Playhouse, the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg, and the charity specified by the V-Day organization.
