LOVE, LOSS AND WHAT I WORE - Hershey Area Playhouse

Hershey Area Playhouse Announces Auditions for Love, Loss and What I Wore

Hershey Area Playhouse is holding auditions for their first show of the 2020 season, Love, Loss and What I Wore, a play written by Nora and Delia Ephron and based on the 1995 book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman.

Auditions will be held at Hershey Area Playhouse on December 9 and 10, 2019, from 6-8 pm.

Appearing for the first time on a Central Pennsylvania stage, the acclaimed play is made up of monologues and ensemble pieces about women, clothes and memory covering all the important subjects—mothers, prom dresses, mothers, buying bras, hating purses and why we only wear black.

The script is available on the online
through the Playhouse’s dropbox. Women interested in auditioning can come prepared with a monologue of their choosing or one from the show.

Directed by Jennifer Feldser and produced by Kristin Einsel, performances will run from February 13-16 and 20-23, 2020. Additional audition information is available on the Playhouse’s website at
www.hersheyareaplayhouse.com/.
