EUROPA-PARK, Germany’s largest theme park, with the casting support of RWS Entertainment Group, is seeking vibrant, energetic performers for its 2020 Spring/Summer seasons.

Seeking:

DANCERS AND COSTUME CHARACTER PERFORMERS,
over the age of 18, with dynamic personalities, who are comfortable with various dance styles and are able to entertain by connecting with an audience. Theme Park, Cruise Ship, and Children’s Theatre credits are a plus. Fluency in German and/or French a plus but not required.

Dancers: Male and female classically trained dancers who are fluent in ballet technique, contemporary, pop and commercial dance styles.

Costume Character Performers: Male and female dancers comfortable dancing and/or performing in character costumes. Specific height ranges and body types as follows:

  • ED: 155/160 cm (5’0” – 5’3”) If possible, slim man. If woman, slim with boyish frame.
  • EDDA: 145/155 cm (4’9” – 5’1”) slim
  • BÖCKLI: 162/168 cm (5’2” – 5’6)
  • LOUIS: 170/176 cm (5’5” – 5’9”)
  • OLLI: 178/190 cm (5’8” – 6’2”)

AUDITION INFORMATION:

Dancers: Open Call will be held at 10am on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Pearl Studios, 500 8th Avenue, 12th Floor, NYC.

Costume Character Performers: Please pre-register for a spot at 2pm on Monday, October 21, 2019 at Pearl Studios, 500 8th Avenue, 12th Floor, NYC.

PREPARATION:

Dancers: Please bring your resume, a headshot and a full-length photo with you. Be prepared to learn several dance combinations. Please wear comfortable clothing that guarantees free range of movement.

Women: bring flats (ballet or jazz), heels, and sneakers.
Men: bring a flat shoe (ballet or jazz) and sneakers.

Costume Character Performers:
CLICK HERE to pre-register for the audition by October 20 at 6pm. Pre-registration will guarantee that all will be seen in a timely manner on the afternoon of the audition. Please bring your resume, a headshot and a full-length photo with you. Be prepared to learn a movement combination. Please wear comfortable clothing that guarantees free range of movement.

CONTRACT INFORMATION AND PAY RATES:

All rehearsals and performances are in Rust, Germany.
Rehearsals begin: Middle of March 2020
Contract: through November 8, 2020

Dancers: Gross Pay Rate (before tax): €1950/month. Perform up to six (6) days a week up to five (5) 20-25 minute shows per day. Travel, lodging, and daily lunch are provided, plus employee benefits.

Costume Character Performers: Gross Pay Rate (before tax): €1950/month. Perform up to six (6) days a week up to eight (8) 20-25 minute shows/animations per day. Travel, lodging, and daily lunch are provided, plus employee benefits.
