AUDITIONS: DIAL “M” FOR MURDER
Tacoma Little Theatre is holding auditions for the second show of its 96th Season, Dial “M” for Murder by Frederick Knott and directed by pug Bujeaud. Auditions will be held on Sunday, August 24th and Monday August 25th.
Tony Wendice has married his wife, Margot, for her money and now plans to murder her for the same reason. He arranges the perfect murder, and arranges a brilliant alibi for himself. Unfortunately for him, the murderer gets murdered and his wife survives. But this doesn't baffle the husband: He sees his hireling's death as an opportunity to have his wife convicted for the murder of the man who tried to murder her.
Roles are available for 1 woman and 5 men. All roles are over the age of 18. Please prepare a SHORT (1 minute) monologue. Auditions will include some brief cold readings as well as the memorized piece.
Auditions will be held Sunday, August 24th & Monday, August 25th at Tacoma Little Theatre. Audition appointments will be set between the times of 7:00pm-10:00pm. Callbacks will be held on Wednesday, August 27th.
