Director Jack Bathke is looking for 2 male actors and 2 female actors for Jason Odell Williams’ serio-comedy, Church & State. All roles are open.
Auditions will be held on June 17th and 18th at 7:00pm. Callbacks (if necessary) will be held on Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00am.
Location: Langhorne Players at the Spring Garden Mill (inside Tyler State Park), 1440 Newtown-Richboro Road, Newtown, PA 18940. Cold readings from the script will be provided, but knowledge of the script is preferred. Please contact the director at jackbathke73@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Actors must be available to help with both load-in and strike. Also, the director is looking for a stage manager/booth operator (lights & sound).
Characters:
Senator Charles Whitmore (male, age 40-60) must be able to do a Southern Accent; a man filled with doubt but has plenty of charisma and sex appeal. A rare honest politician and gifted public speaker
Sara Whitmore (female, age 40-50) must be able to do a Southern Accent, a big, brassy, former real estate agent now turned stay-at-home mom. A tough Southern woman with a soft underbelly
Alex Klein (female, 20-40) fast-talking, no nonsense liberal Jewish woman from New York; a clear professional at the top of her game
Tom/Marshall/Security Guy/News Anchor (male, 20-30, but could be younger) multiple characters that need variety.
