Tacoma Musical Playhouse (TMP) announces open call auditions for actors ages 16 and older on May 20 - 24, 2014 to be considered for roles in TMP's upcoming 2014-2015 season.
Auditions will be held Tuesday - Thursday, May 20 - 22, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM and Saturday, May 24, 10:45 AM - 3:00 PM.
Auditions are made by appointment only. You can make an appointment by contacting TMP at 253-565-6867 or emailing our box office at boxoffice@tmp.org.
All auditioners, please bring two contrasting songs and sheet music (in your correct key) along with a recent head shot and resume. There will be a separate dance call at another time.
Roles are for TMP's Mainstage include Shrek The Musical, Andrew Lippa's A Little Princess, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Evita, BUDDY - The Buddy Holly Story and West Side Story. Also, TMP Family Theater roles including Charlotte's Web, Seussical the Musical and Pippi Longstocking.
Auditions will be held at the Tacoma Musical Playhouse - 7116 Sixth Avenue, Tacoma. Due to the high level of interest auditionees must register.
