For a night of loud-out-loud comedy, head to the Hatbox for ‘Strung Out With Ursula’ on Friday, March 24th at 7:30 for an evening of Ursula Boutwell’s PG-15 humor will remind you that, yes, life is better when you’re laughing.
“Humor is my weapon of choice,” shares Ursula, who fills her show with suggestions like, “If you take the ‘h’ out of your whine, you’ll be more popular,” and honesty like, “No, I don’t want to hold your baby. It looks sticky.” Her jokes have been featured in Babble, a blog on the good, the bad, and the sticky of parenting, The Poke, the biggest humor site in the UK, One Funny Motha, a fantastically funny blog, Huffpost, the best of what’s funny on the web every day, and Brain Jolt Media’s 22 Words, a site that aims to save the world from boredom. Ursula’s jokes have also been included in various publications: Goodtime Tweet of the Day, 35 Funniest Food Tweets of All Time and Hilarious Pet Tweets of the week.
