For the last 32 years, THE PEKING ACROBATS have redefined audience perceptions of Chinese acrobatics. They perform daring maneuvers atop a precarious pagoda of chairs and display their technical prowess at such arts as trick-cycling, precision tumbling, juggling, somersaulting, and gymnastics. They push the limits of human ability, defying gravity with amazing displays of contortion, flexibility, and control. THE PEKING ACROBATS are often accompanied by live musicians who skillfully play traditional Chinese instruments; the time-honored Chinese music coalesces with high-tech special effects and awe-inspiring acrobatic feats, creating an exuberant entertainment event with the festive pageantry of a Chinese Carnival.

Three New Shows Are Now On Sale at Miller Auditorium

The Peking Acrobats featuring The Shanghai Circus, Voctave: The Corner of Broadway and Main Street and The Magic of Rob Lake are coming to Kalamazoo for one performance each. The Peking Acrobats featuring The Shanghai Circus will leave audiences awe-struck on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 3 p.m. Voctave is coming Sunday, Feb. 26 at 3 p.m. to delight audiences. The Magic of Rob Lake will amaze Saturday, Mar. 4 at 7:30 p.m.

The lineup is packed with both new events, such as The Rocky Horror Picture Show 47th Anniversary Spectacular Tour (with Barry Bostwick), and the return of such patron favorites as Cirque Dreams Holidaze and Fiddler on the Roof!

The Peking Acrobats have postponed their scheduled performance at Miller Auditorium in Kalamazoo due to a conflict in the touring schedule. Miller Auditorium apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused and thanks all patrons affected for their understanding.
