Fiddler on the Roof returns to The Fisher Theatre nearly 60 years after opening the production for previews in Detroit in 1964. This Broadway classic from Tony-Winner Joseph Stein is a revival of the 1964 musical. This show explores tradition, star-crossed lovers, and opposing religious communities in Russia in the 1900s. The show runs through 10-16.
Broadway In Detroit have announced that the individual tickets for the Detroit return of the Tony Award®-nominated Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof will go on sale August 5 at 10:00 a.m.
Tickets are going on sale Friday, October 29 for the Detroit return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.

Broadway in Detroit has announced that all remaining performances of Fiddler on the Roof at the Fisher Theatre have been cancelled due to coronavirus public safety and security concerns and the direction of local and state government recommendations.

Appearing at The Music Hall in Detroit will be The Naked Magicians, March 6 & 7, 2020, and The Color Purple, April 21-26, 2020.
Broadway In Detroit announced today that it will bring six extra attractions to Motor City audiences, in addition to the shows already on its 2019-20 Subscription Season.
Brought to life by a groundbreaking all-female creative team that features original music from six-time Grammy nominee, Sara Bareilles, Waitress is playing until May 19th at the Fisher Theatre. Jenna is an expert pie maker and as the title suggests, a waitress, who dreams of a way out of her small town and loveless marriage. A baking contest could be chance at a new start along with possibly the town's new doctor, but Jenna has to find to find the courage and strength to try. 'We have pie! There's pie in the lobby,' answered Ephie Aardema, who plays Jenna's friend and fellow waitress in the show, when asked about why Detroit audiences should see the show.
