Boston, Colonial Theatre. Opening night of Robbin Hood, a brand new western musical starring film star Jessica Cranshaw. Closing night for Jessica Cranshaw - forever! Come see this lively and funny show within a show to find out! This much-loved backstage murder mystery musical is one of director Jason Smiths favorites. He says The first time I heard a song from the show (The Woman's Dead) I knew I had to direct it. The shows quirky nature is what appealed to him, and he continues I love the show-within-a-show aspect. That the audience gets to see behind the curtain, literally, at the workings of a theatrical troupe is a truly unique experience. If you love seeing theater, and even more so, being in theater, you will love CurtainsMusic direction for Curtains is by Jonathan Sills, with choreography by Stacey Smith.
