Because of concerns regarding the Omicron variant of Covid-19, with an abundance of caution, the opening date of Classic Couples Counseling has been moved to April 1, instead of the originally scheduled March 4.

Classic Couples Counseling comes to Theatre West in 2022. The production is written by Lloyd J. Schwartz, directed by Nick McDow Musleh, and produced by Garry Kluger and Benjamin Scuglia for Theatre West.
Maybin Hewes has a show business career that spans eight decades. She started out as a child performer in Mississippi, appeared on TV in New Orleans as a teenager, and went on to a lengthy and active career as a dancer and singer in many shows on Broadway, off Broadway, at the Paper Mill Playhouse, on national tours and in regional theatre.
John Wilkes Booth (1838-1865) was notable on several accounts. He was a successful and wealthy actor, and member of a celebrated show business family (son of Junius Brutus Booth and brother to Edwin and Junius Jr.). One critic called him 'the handsomest man in America.' Walt Whitman called him a genius. But this Booth would ultimately become known as the assassin of President Abraham Lincoln.
