Center Theatre Group Sets Spanish Language Open Captioned Performance Of COME FROM AWAY

Center Theatre Group will offer Spanish-language translations of the 8 p.m. performance of "Come From Away" on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Ahmanson Theatre.

The show will be performed in English with Spanish translations running simultaneously on open caption screens. Audience members wishing to view the open captions should request to be seated in the captioning area when purchasing tickets.

With a book, music and lyrics by Irene Sankoff and David Hein, the First National Tour of "Come From Away" runs at the Ahmanson through January 6, 2019.

The touring production of "Come >From Away" features Kevin Carolan (Disney's "Newsies"), Harter Clingman ("Peter and The Starcatcher"), Nick Duckart ("In the Heights"), Chamblee Ferguson, Becky Gulsvig ("School of Rock the Musical"), Julie Johnson ("Memphis"), Christine Toy Johnson ("The Music Man"), James Earl Jones II ("The Gershwin's Porgy and Bess"), Megan McGinnis ("Les Misérables"), Andrew Samonsky ("South Pacific"), Danielle K. Thomas ("Avenue Q"), Emily Walton ("August: Osage County"), Marika Aubrey, Jane Bunting, Michael Brian Dunn, Julie Garnyé, Adam Halpin and Aaron Michael Ray.
