Panel Participants will include two of Edward Ross Roybal's and Lucille Beserra Roybal's children, Lillian Roybal Rose and Edward Richard Roybal Jr."

Other Roybal family members and friends who will be in attendance at the December 15th Matinee performance, will include: Louis Roybal, the only surviving brother of Edward Ross Roybal; Mark Rose, husband of Lillian Roybal Rose;
Eloise Sotelo, cousin of Edward Ross Roybal, whose mother, Eloisa Roybal Wilder, is the only surviving sister of Edward Ross Roybal; Loushana Rose Roybal, daughter of Lillian Roybal Rose and granddaughter of Edward and Lucille Roybal; Ayana Rose Benavidez, great-granddaughter of Edward and Lucille Roybal; Louis Roybal Gardner, second cousin of Edward Ross Roybal and Chairmen of the Board of the Roybal Foundation; Irma Beserra Nuñez, niece of Lucille Beserra Roybal and her husband, Juan Gonzalez; Joe and Sheila Palacios, good friends of the Roybal Family; and Dr. Frank Javier Garcia Berumen, biographer for Edwards Ross Roybal author of the book, "The Mexican American Struggle For Political Empowerment."

Under the direction Corky Dominguez, the Ensemble Cast includes: Michael Berckart, Joe Luis Cedillo, José Alejandro Hernandez Jr., Yvette Karla Herrera, Ángel Michel Juárez, Megumi Kabe, Marcel Licera, Jackie Marriott, Roberta H. Martínez, Allyson Taylor and Raymond Watanga.

Remembering BOYLE HEIGHTS is running through December 16, 2018 on Friday and Saturday starting with a Pre-Show at 7:45 p.m. and Sunday starting with a Pre-Show at 4:45 p.m. at CASA 0101 Theater, 2012 East First Street (at St. Louis Street) across the street from the Hollenbeck Police Station, Boyle Heights, CA 90033. There is limited ticket availability for the added Matinee performance on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2:45 p.m.

The show has been Recommended by www.stageraw.com , which wrote: "Josefina López, Corky Dominguez, and the play's ensemble, Remembering BOYLE HEIGHTS, uses the neighborhood's struggle with gentrification as a jumping off point to reveal its history. Charming and personal the ensemble's variety in performance style and their various characters help bring the stories to life...engaging show. In addition to sharp writing, Dominguez's direction transports audience members back in time. César Retana-Holguín's simple set, complete with a few purposely askew pieces of art reflecting historical buildings, along with Masha Tatarinsteva's projection design was enough to paint a portrait of a town one may find themselves wishing to have grown up in by the end of the evening."

Tickets are $20 per person for General Admission; $17 per person for Students and Seniors; and $15 per person for Boyle Heights residents. Discounts for Groups of 10 or more will be available at $15 per person. This show is recommended for all audiences. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Free Parking is available on several streets surrounding the theatre. Free Parking is also available on Friday and Saturday only at the Boyle Heights City Hall Parking Lot located at 2130 East First Street (at Chicago Street) by entering the lot from Chicago Street; the lot is closed on Sunday.
