Edna Edison:

Very late 30s - late 40s. Mel's wife. Woman of the 1970s who knows New York-chic -- but a sensible woman who has a new awareness of how it is to live within your means. Seeking character woman with leading woman qualities.

Harry Edison:

Late 40s -mid 50s Mel's older brother. Supposedly the wiser of the two brothers. Certainly the brother who “should” be the more respected within the family dynamic. Role for a character man.

Pearl, Jessie and Pauline:

40s-50s. Mel and Harry's sisters. Conservative. Family-oriented and old-school. Pauline does needlepoint. Roles for character women.

The role of Mel Edison has been cast. Auditioning performers will be considered as possible replacements, should any become necessary.
