Seeking
Experienced actors with strong acting abilities are needed.

Preparation
Actors should prepare 1 - 2 minute monologue of the style and period. A current headshot and résumé are required. Equity members must have a current equity ID card.

Breakdown

Mollie Ralston – (mid 20's-mid 30's)Proprietor of Monkswell Manor, and wife of Giles. Very excited, but nervous for her and her Husbands new business venture.

Giles Ralston – (30's) Husband of Mollie who runs Monkswell Manor with his wife. Loves Mollie very much, is excited about his new business venture, but does realize they are amateurs in the hotel business.

Christopher Wren – (mid 20's- 30's)The first guest to arrive at the hotel, Wren is a hyperactive young man who acts in a very peculiar manner. He admits he is running away from something, but refuses to say what. Wren claims to have been named after the architect of the same name by his parents.

Mrs Boyle –(60-75) A critical older woman who is pleased by nothing she observes. She is never happy about anything and has no problem making that perfectly clear.

Major Metcalf – (40-60) Retired from the army, little is known about Major Metcalf. A Nice gentleman who in many ways keeps to himself.

Miss Casewell – (30's-40's) A strange, aloof, masculine woman who speaks offhandedly about the horrific experiences of her childhood.

Mr Paravicini – (indeterminable age) A man of unknown provenance, who turns up claiming his car has overturned in a snowdrift. He appears to be affecting a foreign accent and artificially aged with make-up, or is it? A strange man who enjoys being the center of attention and playing jokes on others for his amusement.

Detective Sergeant Trotter – (mid 20's- 30's) A policeman who arrives in a snow storm saying he has come to protect the guests from the murderer. While appearing young, he does take his job quite seriously.
