Seeking
WaterTower Theatre is seeking a strong dancing and singing ensemble of 12 versatile actors for their upcoming musical Sweet Charity.

Preparation
Actors should come prepared with sheet music for two songs, at least one of which is in the style of the show. Music from the show is acceptable. There will be no dancing on Saturday, March 21. Audition appointment, headshot and resume are required.

Breakdown

Audition appointment, headshot and resume are required. Equity and Non-Equity roles are available. Scripts are available for perusal at WTT Box Office (open Tues-Fri 12-6) and S.T.A.G.E.. These roles are local hire only. No housing or travel can be provided.

Charity Hope Valentine - Female, late 20s-early 30s, mezzo. A true original, eternal optimist and an unlucky romantic. Must dance and sing.

Oscar Lindquist - Male, late 20s-early 30s, baritone. A shy, panicky, but sweet natured tax accountant who falls in love with Charity.

Vittorio Vidal - Male, late 30s-late 40s, baritone. A handsome Italian film star who befriends Charity.

Nikki - Female, late 20s-early 30s, mezzo. Charity's friend and dancer at the Fandango Ballroom. Will also play other Ensemble roles.

Helene - Female, late 20s-early 30s, mezzo. Charity's friend and dancer at the Fandango Ballroom. Will also play other Ensemble roles.

Ursula – Female, late 20s-late 30s. Vittorio’s beautiful mistress. Will also play other Ensemble roles.

Daddy Brubeck - Male, 30s-50s, baritone. Groovy and hip, starts the Rhythm of Life revival church.

Male and Female Ensemble - 20s-30s. Must sing and dance. 7. Submission
