Seeking
Specifically auditioning for role of MAE in STONEFACE. However, as The Pasadena Playhouse's new associate artistic director will be attending these auditions & is interested in getting to know the LA area Equity talent, we encourage all types to attend

Preparation
For the role of MAE: A contemporary comedic monologue; For others: one monologue or two contrasting monologues.
Please bring TWO headshot/resumes.

Breakdown

Mae: 30s. A plain looking woman and Buster's second wife. Ambitious, extremely chatty, but not so bright- Mae tricks Buster into marrying her when he's highly intoxicated. There is, however, a desperate sadness underneath her constant chattering. Comedic timing a must.
