Playwrights' Center is a play development center, doing 40-50 workshops per season. Some of these are already scheduled, and some are scheduled as needed throughout the season. These auditions are held to see potential actors who we might be able to use throughout the year (no one is cast on the spot from these auditions).

Preparation
Please prepare 2 contrasting contemporary monologues, dramatic and comic, not to exceed 2 minutes total. Bring headshot and resume.
Other
Actors are contracted for development workshops year round; Actors seen at general auditions will be considered for roles cast during the 2011 calendar year.
Performers of all ethnic and racial backgrounds are encouraged to attend.
