(lead role): Early to late 40s: Strong rock 'n roll, country, gospel, folk voice. Leading lady looks. Down-home country style like June Carter, but no impersonations. Genuine Southern charm.
Songs include: "Flesh and Blood", "Tennessee Flat-Top Box", "Jackson", "All Over Again", "While I've Got it on My Mind", "Far Side Banks of Jordan".
Man #1
(lead role:. Late 30s to early 40s: Solid actor. Plays acoustic guitar. Good country, rockabilly, folk voice. Plays both young & mature. Johnny Cash style, but no impersonations. Genuine down-home country boy.
Songs include: "Country Boy", "Straight A's in Love", "Boy Named Sue", Folsom Prison Blues",
"Sunday Morning Coming Down".
Musician/Actor/Singer
(mid 30s to late 40s): Multi-instrumentalist. Electric & acoustic guitars, dobro or resonator guitar, harmonica. Tenor or high-baritone voice. Also plays Jack Cash in 1 scene, & is in the ensemble throughout the show.
