Lillian - CAST (late 60s- 70s) - Lovely southern beauty -sings a solo.
Ursula – CAST (late 60s-70s) -Strong, smart, savvy – sings a solo.
Mae - CAST (70s) the madam of the group – organizes with compassion – sings a solo.
Vera – CAST (mid-60s) – timid, the youngest of the group – still believes her prince will whisk her away.
Edna - CAST (late 60s -70s) A strong, savvy, street-wise woman of color who is protective of Vera – sings a solo.

Ann Dandridge - Mulatto Half Sister of Martha. House Slave
Chorus of Negro Slaves - Part backup singers part storytellers, (multiple roles) Including:
Davy - House Slave/Doubles as - George Washington, Mad King George, Jacky Custis-Martha's Son from a previous marriage, a Southern Planter & William's Father. Raped Ann. Loves to dance in the visions.
William - 10–12-year-old boy slave. Ann's Son - can be played by an adult (TBD)
Priscilla – House Slave/Doubles as Abigail Adams, New first Lady in a vision. Not very nice.
Sucky Boy - House Slave/Doubles as Mr. Lawyer Man-Ethnically ambiguous,Martha's legal counsel & Thomas Jefferson & a Southern Belle in the visions.
Doll - House Slave/Doubles as Queen Charlotte-Queen of England. Pithy, Game show spokesmodel type. Think Barkers Beauties on The Price is Right. Betsy Ross-Harlot and Flag Maker, & Sista
Lawyer Girl - Very “Urban” in the visions.

Ann – (60-70) Doubles as Peter Pan.
John – (60s) Doubles as John in Peter Pan.
Jim – (60s) Doubles as Captain James Hook in Peter Pan.
Michael – (60s) Doubles as Michael in Peter Pan.
Wendy – (50-60) Doubles as Wendy in Peter Pan.
Father – (80s) plays a dying man, a ghost and himself.
