Rehearsal begin Monday October 1, Open October 10 and Close November 25, 2012.
Equity Performer (Principal/Chorus) Auditions:
Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Alhambra Theatre
1 PM – 5 PM 12000 Beach Blvd.
Jacksonville, Florida 32246.
Prepare a classical Musical Theatre song. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist provided but may not transpose. Also have a monologue prepared in case asked. Be prepared to dance if needed.
Bring picture and resume, stapled together.
All roles are open.
Principals:
The Phantom, Christine Daee, Count De Chandon (Philippe), Gerard Carriere, Cholet, Carlotta, Jean-Claude, Inspector Ledoux.
Chorus:
Various members of the opera company, police, the Phantom’s Acolytes.
Non-Equity performers will be seen as time permits.
Limited housing is available for out-of-town actors.
