BREAKDOWN

Our season remains unannounced, but we are excited to witness performers ages 18-88 who embody any qualities found in the following:

- Unexpected heroines

- Castaways with a question or two, and acrobats with an answer

- First generation Asian American renegades

- Their husbands, wives, grandmas, uncles, and cousins

- Creatures, muses, and tutors

- Irascible Frenchmen

- Movers and dancers looking for a little purpose

- Deadbeat monsters, the worst of the worst

- Those who feel stuck, thirsty, and alone

- Those who defy familial expectation

- Those who think deeply and feel even deeper

Vague, we know, but please take this opportunity to bring as much of yourself to us as you’d like. Our work is often new and certainly revisited; we believe in a performer’s ability to not only transform themselves to best suit a character, but to also transform the pre-conceived notions that encompass a character by bringing their own identity and experiences to the work. We are greatly influenced by the performers within our productions, and welcome you to audition with the intent of collaboration. Please let us know if you have any questions, concerns, or if there are any accommodations we can provide.
