LIBERACE
Male, 40-55. Vigorous, energetic, youthful, charming, of great humor, deeply giving and full of fun, but also capable of devastatingly honest vulnerability. The titanic, campy performer as we remember him, as well as the more grounded, earnest human being desperate for affection and connection who hides beneath the rhinestones. A master storyteller, a gifted comedian, and a world-class pianist proficient in a wide range of classical and pop styles, Liberace is an entertainer at the absolute peak of his monumental abilities. (ACTOR MUST ACTUALLY PLAY THE PIANO AT A SUPERLATIVE LEVEL.)
