SYNOPSIS
Sophie is getting married – and she’d like her dad to walk her down the aisle. Only problem is: she doesn’t know who he is. She decides to invite the 3 men who might be her father, according to her mother Donna’s past exploits some 20 years ago. As the potential dads and wedding guests arrive, everyone has reason to burst into a host of ABBA hits that illuminate this very funny and heartfelt musical.
NOTE: The Roles of “Rosie,” has been cast.

DONNA
(late 30s-40s female) Latina. Mezzo, pop, belt. Attractive, independent, feisty, intelligent, strong, yet still vulnerable. Former lead singer in a group called “Donna and the Dynamos,” she has raised a beautiful daughter in addition to owning and running a hotel on a Greek island.
SOPHIE
(18-25 female), pop soprano. A highly romantic, kind, free-spirited, lovely young woman, who has fallen deeply in love and doesn’t doubt that she’s ready to get married. She loves her mother, but yearns to know her father (and see her mother happy again). Pop soprano.
TANYA
(late 30s-40s female), African American. pop mezzo, belt. Attractive, well-kept. A former singer in the “Dynamos”. Now rich, sophisticated, acerbic, funny, and very flirtatious. She finds fun – and men -- wherever she goes.
SAM
(late 30s-45 male) Baritone. May be Sophie’s father. Attractive, charismatic with depth. Left Donna 20 years ago because he was engaged to another woman. Charming, successful architect, who believes in true love.
HARRY
(late 30s-45 male) High baritone, tenor. May be Sophie’s father. British financier, wealthy, buttoned-up, and conservative but trying to reconnect with his freer, youthful self. Queens English accent.
BILL
(late 30s-45 male) Baritone. May be Sophie’s father. A travel writer with no possessions or strings and he likes it that way. Good-natured, always ready for adventure. Funny. Rugged, physical guy.
SKY
(late 20s male) pop Tenor, Bari-tenor. Sophie’s fiancé. Athletic, attractive, romantic. Young, successful businessman who has made over Donna’s taverna. Head over heels in love, Sophie’s free spirited has inspired him to be able to go with the flow.

Olivia is a novelist with writer’s block looking for solace and inspiration at a mountain B&B. There, she meets the very lively – and hunky -- Ethan and as the snow flies so do the sparks. Snowbound with no Internet access and no TV, what are two attractive, highly charged people to do but get it on? In the morning, Olivia discovers that Ethan is a blogger with very different ideas about privacy, publishing and her past work. As time passes, the two wrestle with the consequences of their wild weekend and when they meet again, they confront their conflicting worldviews and reckon with their fate.

SYNOPSIS
George works in the perfumery, where he’s in line to take over from his boss, Mr. Maraczck, until Amalia is taken on as a clerk. The two immediately spar and rub each other the wrong way. To make matters more complicated, both are each other’s secret pen pal, but don’t know it. When George discovers that Amalia is his literary soulmate, he begins to see her in a new way – which paves the way for true love to triumph. This Tony Award winning musical has been called, “one of the most charming musicals of the American theatre” for its lovely score and wonderfully developed characters. (The story served as inspiration for movies, The Shop Around the Corner and You Got Mail).

(40s-50s male) African American. A2-E4 – Affable, huggable fatherly clerk in the store. George’s best friend and confidante. He’s too nice to ever rock the boat, but he’s dedicated and a good friend.
STEVEN KODALY
(30s-early 40s male) B2-A4 – Dapper and good at his job, Kodaly is really a cad: a wolf in sheep’s clothing. A peacock and womanizer who can be extremely charming and persuasive. Successful salesman but vain. This is a fun, showy part that requires movement dexterity.
GEORGE NOWACK
(late 20s-mid 30s male) B2-F4 – Hopelessly romantic and winning, George is a good guy that can get by-passed by showier types like Kodaly. George is intelligent, responsible, practical – and a bit of a dreamer. In other words: the kind of guy that makes a great life partner. He’s shy in all things romance but is capable of deep feeling and love.
MR. MARACZCK
(50s-60s male) B2-C4 – A rather commanding presence, he’s the owner and proprietor of the shop. Hard-working. Natty. Kind, but overwrought. Fatherly, but his suspicion and jealousy make him irrational. He is a faithful, loving husband who knows his wife, whom he adores, is having an affair. Blinded to the truth, he gets the specifics all wrong and wreaks havoc on the shop and his own health.
HEADWAITER (50s) – Baritone or Tenor (will double as Customer and Caroler – on Chorus contract with Principal added) Imperious. Impeccable comedian. Dry. This is a scene-stealing part for the right comic actor/singer.

This stirring contemporary drama centers on an upscale American ex-pat couple living in Paris, who encounter anti-Semitism in their company’s ranks. A Jewish worker has been targeted and extremist Muslims are suspected of terrifying her. When Charles, the company’s headman, influenced by Deborah, his political activist wife, sends an email to his counterpart in the US demanding that the firm take a stand, all hell breaks loose. Charlie is caught between his boss’ edict not to rock the boat and his wife’s demands to stand up for what he believes or lose their marriage. Faced with an ultimatum from both sides, Charlie must decide to defend his principles or leave Paris.

(late 20s-early 30s female). French. Jewish. Intelligent, understated and unassuming. Educated and poised for promotion in the firm. Not accustomed to being the center of attention, she blossoms with support from Deborah. French accent required.
CHARLIE LINDSTROM
(late 50s-early 60s male) Attractive. Successful business executive, confident, dedicated to his job; takes his place and his marriage for granted. Conflicted. Loves his wife, but has strayed. Strives to do the right thing, but loves the privilege of his life. A good man who has become a stranger to his values.
MARTIN McKinney
(50s male) CEO of Charlie’s company. Very successful and bottom-line driven. Not as cosmopolitan as Charlie but appreciates that Charlie is. Practical, persuasive and potentially ruthless. He likes Charlie but he likes being #1 better.
PHILIPPE de SEYRAC
(40s male) Head of company’s local operations, French. Intelligent, sophisticated, charming, ambitious. He is patriotic for France and hates what is happening to his country. French accent required.

Synopsis:
The smash comedy hit of the London and Broadway stages, this much-revived classic from the playwright of Private Lives offers up fussy, cantankerous novelist Charles Condomine, re-married but haunted (literally) by the ghost of his late first wife, the clever and insistent Elvira who is called up by a visiting happy medium, one Madame Arcati. Despite Charles’ best efforts, he cannot get rid of Elvira, who continues to cause mischief and mayhem, ensuring that this ill-fated triangle remains together for eternity.
Note: The role of Madam Arcadi is cast.

(40s female) Charles' current wife. Attractive. Smart, but not worldly. A wonderfully capable and charming wife and hostess. She dotes on Charles, making his world comfortable and pleasant. A gardener with the tastes perfect for an English cottage and quiet life. English accent.
ELVIRA
(40s female)- Charles' late wife. Glamorous. Selfish. Wickedly attractive and seductive. The center of every party. Sophisticated and flirtatious, incapable of fidelity – but very fun. Utterly judgmental and lavish in all aspects of her tastes. High English accent.
CHARLES
(50s male)- husband to Ruth and, before her passing, to Elvira. Handsome, successful writer. Urbane. He newly minted calm demeanor has developed since his marriage to the practical and loving Ruth. During his first marriage to Elvira, he was a nervous wreck – made even worse now that she’s a spirit popping up everywhere. Actor needs to have great comic timing and experience with physical comedy in the vein of 30s movie comedies. His reserved exterior gives way to a host of near debacles at the hand of the ghost, Elvira, that require physical dexterity with a sense of great fun. High British accent.
