Piano and sight-reading accompanist provided.

Story: Winner of the Tony "Triple Crown" for Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book!

Part flesh (actors), part felt (puppets) and packed with heart, this laugh-out-loud musical tells the timeless story of a recent college grad named Princeton who moves into a shabby New York apartment all the way out on Avenue Q.

Roles available:

Brian

A laid-back guy married to Christmas Eve. B2-F#4. Baritone.

Christmas Eve

A therapist who moved here from Japan. She’s married to Brian. B3-F#5.

Gary Coleman

Yes, that Gary Coleman. African-American. Can be male or female. D3-Bb5. Belt voice or Alto.

Kate Monster

A kindergarten teaching assistant, a bit older than Princeton. F#3-F5. Soprano. Also plays Lucy, a vixenish vamp with a dangerous edge. F3-F5. Alto – belting.

Mrs. T

Ancient. Kate’s boss. Also plays one of the Bad Idea Bears, a snuggly, cute teddy-bear type (Mezzo-soprano)

Nicky

A bit of a slacker, who lives with Rod. B2-B4. Baritenor. Also plays Trekkie Monster, a reclusive creature obsessed by the internet and one of the Bad Idea Bears a snuggly, cute teddy bear type (Baritone).

Princeton

A fresh-faced kid just out of college. Bb2 – G4. Baritenor. Also plays Rod A Republican investment banker with a secret. A2 – G4. Baritenor.
