The Spinnato's Magic Matinee at Mohegan Sun's Comix club brings in talented acts from New England alongside the casino's own house hypnotist.

When you're looking for some easy fun that will make you laugh and gasp at the same time (and all in just an hour), you'll enjoy checking out one of these Sunday matinee shows with Jim Spinnato.

Here, you'll witness items disappearing and reappearing in the most outlandish places, marveling at impressive Houdini-style tricks, and possibly watching someone get hypnotized right in front of you.

And with its raunchy humor and dirty language, this is not the average magic show you've seen with the kiddies. Be prepared to enjoy the talented comedians and magicians while also participating in their crazy tactics when they call you on stage. And they will call on you. You've been warned.

Spinnato's Magic Matinee is offered every Sunday afternoon at 5pm. Come hungry as there is a $10 food and drink minimum - the chicken nachos and craft brews aren't to be missed.
