What's this musical dark comedy about?
This honest look at modern adult relationships is considered a trailblazer, and is the winner of seven Tony Awards. On the night of his 35th birthday, confirmed bachelor, Robert, contemplates his unmarried state. Over the course of a series of events, the habitually single Robert is forced to question his adamant retention of bachelorhood during a hilarious array of interactions. Featuring songs like "You Could Drive a Person Crazy," "Getting Married Today," "Marry Me a Little," "Side by Side by Side," "Barcelona," "The Ladies Who Lunch," and "Being Alive," the production is full of laughter, love, and the reality of relationships.

Cleveland Play House Cancels Final Week of LIGHT IT UP!
December 18, 2021Cleveland Play House announced today, due to COVID-19 concerns, the final week of live performances for their world premiere holiday musical, Light It Up!, has been cancelled. The decision to cancel the remaining live performances was made out of an abundance of caution and concern for the safety of the actors, musicians, and crew appearing in the production.
