16th Street Theater is at 16th Street Theater, Chicago, IL.
16th Street Theater was founded in 2007 with the belief that every community should have its own theater reflecting the stories and lives of its residents. A place where audiences are invited to experience their own stories as well as their neighbors’ stories. Dedicated to artistic excellence, professionalism (paying artists a decent wage) diversity and affordability, 16th Street’s mission is to encourage debate, discussion and compassion amongst our community by creating and producing intimate and diverse theater with the playwright as our central focus.
