The Artistic Home to Present MIRACLE ON 34th STREET: A RADIO PLAY for Eight Performances

The ever-relevant story of the overworked Macy's Department Store public relations executive and the young daughter she raises to be too realistic to believe in Santa Claus will be delivered as an old-time radio play complete with onstage sound effects by The Artistic Home company for eight performances only. MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET is perfect for families looking for a fun outing that captures the spirit of the season. Full of laughs, holiday magic and music, MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET tells how the department store Santa who comes in to Macy's as an emergency substitute challenges the mother and daughter's refusal to believe when he claims to be the one and only Kris Kringle. Can he prove to them and the world that Santa is real while making one little girl's dreams come true?

The production will be directed by The Artistic Home ensemble member Devon Carson and performed by a cast including Vered Hankin as the overworked Macy's executive Doris, Elise Wolf as her all-too-realistic daughter Susan, and Michael Denini as Kris Kringle. Ensemble member John LaFlamboy will appear as Doris's romantic interest, Fred, along with fellow ensemble members Julian Hester (announcer), Frank Nall (Macy) and Mark Pracht (Gimbel). Guest artists in the cast include Jonah Kaufman (Mortimer/Tommy), Michael Krystosek (Alfred/Postman), Todd Wojcik (the judge) and Sean Harklerode (Drunk Santa/Mara). Israel Terrell will be the foley artist. Lindsey Zanatta will be assistant director and Levi Donnell will be stage manager.
