Ring In 2019 With The Lovettes At Raue Center! Ring in the New Year with the world's most authentic salute to the women who changed pop music history! Raue Center For The Arts is excited to celebrate New Year's Eve with "Leaders of the Pack" starring The Lovettes with guest Lance Lipinsky at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on December 31, 2018!

"You will not find a better way to ring in the New Year than by spending it at Raue Center as we step back in time with 'Leaders of the Pack,'" says Raue Center Board President, Tim Paul. "This show will bring back the hits made famous by the girl groups of the 40s, 50s and 60s. It's going to rockin' at the Raue on New Year's Eve!"

"Leaders of the Pack" is a retrospective biographical concert celebrating the major female artists of the golden years of mid-century pop music from the 1940s, '50s and '60s. Hosted by the charming Lovettes, these irresistible leading ladies take audiences through the top hits of the era through harmony, dance, narration and multimedia production.

Audiences worldwide are mesmerized by the Lovette's show-stopping choreography, powerhouse vocals and nostalgic authentic attention to detail in more than 25 iconic songs. Spotlighting the '40s big band era of The Andrew Sisters and the rock-n-roll sounds of the '50s and the '60s pop of the Shirelles, Ronettes, Supremes and more, "Leaders of the Pack" is the ultimate ladies night out, appealing to fans of all ages everywhere who are fans of the often underestimated girl group legacy.

"Leaders of the Pack" is considered the world's most authentic salute to the women who changed pop music history. This unique and powerful production is backed with live music by the Lovers, an 8-piece show band with a full horn section specializing in the roots of the rock-n-roll era.

The hit parade of songs in the show includes "Bye Bye Blackbird," "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" (The Andrews Sisters), "Lollipop/Mr. Sandman" (The Chordettes), "Walking After Midnight" (Patsy Cline), "Leader of the Pack" (The Shangri-La's), "Stop! In The Name Of Love" (The Supremes), "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" (Nancy Sinatra), "Proud Mary" (Tina Turner & The Ikettes) and many more!
