Win 2 House Seats to SCHOOL OF ROCK on Broadway Plus a Backstage Tour

Bid to win 2 house seats to School of Rock on Broadway plus a backstage tour after the show from ensemble member, Joel Waggoner!

Andrew Lloyd Webber, the man who brought rock and romance to Broadway, is back with a new heart-stirring hit. School of Rock is a New York Times Critics' Pick and "An inspiring jolt of energy, joy and mad skills!" (Entertainment Weekly). Reuters raves "Andrew Lloyd Webber has Broadway rocking again!" Based on the hit film, this hilarious new musical follows Dewey Finn, a failed, wannabe rock star who decides to earn a few extra bucks by posing as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. There he turns a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. While teaching these pint-sized prodigies what it means to truly rock, Dewey falls for the school's beautiful, but uptight headmistress, helping her rediscover the wild child within. The New York Times says, "BE WARNED! There's a love story in this one." Featuring 14 new songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber and all the original songs from the movie, this high-octane smash delivers face-melting guitar riffs and touching romance in equally awesome doses! The Daily News cheers, Andrew Lloyd Webber "Awakens the empowering message of rock!" and Time Out New York raves, "School's in - FOREVER!" Joel Waggoner is currently making his Broadway debut in School of Rock at Stanley/Mr. Williams/Adult Ensemble. He holds an M.F.A. from NYU's Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program and currently works as a composer, performer, vocal coach, musical director, and violinist. Barrington Stage Company commissioned Joel to write the score to the musical Presto Change-o (Book/Lyrics by Eric Price), which received its World Premiere in May 2016 directed by Marc Bruni (Beautiful: A Carole King Musical). Joel originated the role of Storyteller/Violin in Southern Comfort at The Public Theater in March 2016. (Barrington Stage Co., CAP21, NAMT). Recent musical direction credits include: Broadway Bounty Hunter starring Annie Golden (Barrington Stage Co.) Bernarda Alba (Dir. Graciela Daniele), Dogfight (Pace University), Merrily We Roll Along (Pace University - filmed as a part of the upcoming documentary "The Best Worst Thing That Ever Could Have Happened" directed by Lonny Price), Matchmaker, Matchmaker, I'(M) Willing To Settle (American Repertory Theatre, NYMF). He is also a founding member of the Musical Theater Factory.
