As a summer program for 60 years, Weston Drama Workshop offers performers and audiences an array of options to enjoy and experience live theater. With a program geared for middle school, high school and college-age performers, WDW offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn from one another and take their craft to new levels under the guidance of WDW’s talented staff. Over the season, WDW inspires over 200 participants, volunteers, board members and theater staff members to offer over 20 fully staged performances over a 10-day period at the end of July.

THE DING DONGS Comes to Gloucester Stage Company by Stephi Wild - July 18, 2023

Gloucester Stage Company is excited to announce the highly anticipated opening of THE DING DONGS, a comedic thriller by Cape Cod playwright Brenda Withers and directed by Gloucester Stage's Artistic Director Rebecca Bradshaw. A part lesson in how power evolves and how intimidation works, audiences will have the opportunity to experience this thought-provoking play beginning Friday, August 11, through Friday, August 27, at the Gloucester Stage Company's historic waterfront theater.
