On Friday, October 22nd, Historical Interpreter Kate Vigurs presents Ms. Catherine Eddowes and The Terrible Tales of Jack the Ripper, a solo performance taking viewers into the mind of the 4th victim of the notorious serial killer, on the very eve of her demise. Join us for a special Pay-Per-HAP Halloween happening! Episode #58, produced by History At Play, LLC (HAP, LLC), livestreams direct to you from the United Kingdom!Recording viewable for 48 Hours! Ticket sales close Sunday at 8pm ET (UTC-5). For those attending the livestream Friday evening, the virtual theatre lobby opens at approximately 7:15pm ET. Viewers who request entry after 7:25pm ET will be admitted at the Hosts discretion after opening remarks. All patrons gain access to the Digital Playbill, prior to the program, and to BONUS MATERIALS following the event.In this Livestream episodic series, Pay-Per-HAP takes to the dark back streets of the East London slums at 1:00am on the 30th of September in1888. Catherine Eddowes, partial to the odd gin, has just been released from gaol (jail) unbeknownst to her she has 45 minutes remaining before her life is brutally taken from her. She spends those last precious moments engaging you, the audience, in conversation, telling you about life in Victorian London, surviving on the streets of Whitechapel, and her fears about the infamous Jack the Ripper.

Dr. Kate Vigurs is an experienced and engaging historical interpreter from the United Kingdom with nearly twenty years professional experience in research, live historical interpretation, and living history, having worked for Royal Armouries, Imperial War Museum North, and English Heritage. She is a drama graduate and was a member of the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain. She also has a doctorate in Second World War History; making her uniquely skilled in bringing history to life. Kate set up the historical interpretation company Historys Maid ten years ago and it continues to excel from one strength to the next. Kate is dedicated to revitalizing history for the purposes of entertainment and education and any client or audience is guaranteed a well researched, professional and engaging display which will inspire and capture the imagination.Running time: Approx. 60 minutes, followed by real-time audience Q&A and BONUS MATERIALS.
