2 Excellent seats Moulin Rouge 7/24 - can't go - FACE

Hi all, 

I purchased two great premium seats for Moulin Rouge during the presale. They are for Wed, July 24 at 8pm, which is the final preview before opening. Orch L, Row E seats 1 and 3 on the center aisle. The tickets were $299 face, total $635. Unfortunately, one of my kids is going to need a pretty invasive surgery that requires a lot of aftercare, and being mom, I can't even think about traveling this summer (I live in the Midwest).  Ticketmaster was a bust in terms of refunding them or helping me out in any way.

I've put them on StubHub and TickPick but I'd love to avoid the fees. I'd just like to get back what I paid, and not take too much of a hit if possible, though I'd consider anything in the ballpark.  The tickets are in PDF form, or I can transfer via Ticketmaster.

Please let me know if you might be interested - heartbroken to be parting with such great seats and I couldn't wait to see the show, but I just can't leave.
