It's the late 1940s in Second Samuel, a sleepy, south Georgia town where it's hard to keep a secret, but everybody's got one. This was the summer the beloved music teacher, Miss Gertrude, passed away. As her friends and neighbors prepared for her funeral, her mysteries were unveiled. Nobody could have imagined how the death of one sweet little old lady would turn the entire town upside down! Would Second Samuel ever be normal again?
