ZACH Theatre has announced three of the 2023–24 Season productions in addition to the return of Austin’s hottest holiday tradition, Dave Steakley’s rockin’ adaptation of A Christmas Carol.
Three productions include the ZACH360 experience, ZACH's new artistic initiative to create dynamic theatre experiences that are immersive, revelatory, and fun. Actors engage the audience in the storytelling, as ZACH takes a fresh approach to familiar work.
ZACH Theatre, Central Texas’ premier professional theatre, has announced two of the 2021–22 Season productions including the ZACH360 experience. ZACH360 is ZACH's new artistic initiative to create dynamic theatre experiences that are immersive, revelatory, and fun.
The health and safety of audiences, staff, and artists is of the utmost importance to ZACH Theatre. In light of recommendations concerning social distancing and COVID-19, ZACH has decided to cancel performances of Every Brilliant Thing, Somebody Loves You, Mr. Hatch, and The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show and postpone camps and classes through March 31. These cancellations are effective beginning Friday, March 13 with the 7:30 p.m. performance of Every Brilliant Thing.
ZACH Theatre, Central Texas' premier professional theatre, announces six Mainstage productions along with the Family Series and holiday add-ons as part of the 2019-20 season. The Mainstage Season includes: Steven Dietz's new work Dracula: Mina's Quest, a 21st century look at the Bram Stoker classic; A Night with Janis Joplin returns celebrating the legendary rock goddess; Every Brilliant Thing, Duncan Macmillan and Jonny Donahoe's touching and charming play; the timely and probing new work Roe by Lisa Loomer; the new immersive musical Reunion '85; and the quintessential family musical, Rodgers and Hammerstein's, The Sound of Music.
