SECURITY! - A New Play By Patrick Hamilton Presented By The Secret Theatre

The Secret Theatre's annual Unfringed Festival presents Security!, a new play written by Patrick Hamilton and directed by Hannah Tova Wolff. Security! will run August 15th at 7:30 pm, August 19th at 3:00 pm, August 25th at 7:30 pm, and August 31st at 7:30 pm at The Secret Theatre - 4402 23rd St, Long Island City, NY 11101. Three security guards work at a quiet corner of a small university. As they interact, talking love, sex, and race, a dark story starts to emerge, ultimately revealing an ugly incident and cover-up that could rock the university. Security! deftly explores the nature of truth and what lies just under the surface.

Patrick Hamilton (Playwright/Producer) - Recently seen on stage in Tomorrow in the Battle at Ars Nova. He has had two original plays in multiple theaters in the last year and a half: These Little Ones Perish and Before the Fall, both nominated for and winning multiple awards. He's very excited to work with this talented cast and director.

Hannah Tova Wolff (Director) - Hannah Tova Wolff is a director, actor and producer. Recent directing credits include, A Bad Night (Frontier Theatre), Fade (Victory Gardens), Bachelorette (Walkerspace, NY), and Between Men (Jewel Box Theatre). In 2016 Hannah was nominated and won Best Director at the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Hannah is a company member of Via Brooklyn. She is dedicated to putting new work and unheard voices center stage and is honored to have worked with the Security! team. www.hannahwolff.com
