Actor and Hollywood Records recording artist, Jordan Fisher will make his Broadway debut in Hamilton when he begins performances as John Laurens and Philip Hamilton on Tuesday, November 22.

Mr. Fisher will be taking over for original cast member Anthony Ramos who will play his final performance Sunday, November 20, to begin filming a lead role in Spike Lee's Netflix series, "She's Gotta Have It."

Working with Hamilton director, Thomas Kail, Fisher recently starred as "Doody" in Fox's 5-time Emmy award winning production of Grease: Live for which MTV and People Magazine deemed him a breakout star. Following his top 40 single "All About Us," the Hollywood Records artist released his eponymous debut EP in August with his first full-length album dropping in early 2017. An Alabama native, Fisher grew up in the theater and began his journey to Hollywood at 13 years old, since then lighting up the small screen in television projects such as the Teen Beach Movie franchise, "Liv and Maddie," and "The Secret Life of the American Teenager."

Jordan Fisher is represented by Abrams Artists Agency and Lynne Marks.

Javier Muñoz as Alexander Hamilton leads the Broadway Hamilton company that includes Brandon Victor Dixon as Aaron Burr: Mandy Gonzalez as Angelica Schuyler; Christopher Jackson as George Washington (Nicholas Christopher begins performances November 15); Jasmine Cephas Jones as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds; Lexi Lawson as Eliza Hamilton; Michael Luwoye as Mr. Muñoz's alternate; Rory O'Malley as King George III; Anthony Ramos as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton and Seth Stewart as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson.

The Broadway ensemble includes Gerald Avery, Carleigh Bettiol, Andrew Chappelle, Hope Easterbrook, Karla Puno Garcia, David Guzman, Gregory Haney, Neil Haskell, Sasha Hollinger, Thayne Jasperson, Elizabeth Judd, Roddy Kennedy, Morgan Marcell, Jevon McFerrin, Eliza Ohman, Antuan Magic Raimone, Gregory Treco, Kamille Upshaw, Tanairi Sade Vazquez, Voltaire Wade-Greene, Nik Walker, Zelig Williams and Syndee Winters.

With book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, music direction/orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The musical won eleven 2016 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Score, Book of a Musical, Direction of a Musical, Choreography and Orchestrations. Mr. Miranda received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama for Hamilton.

HAMILTON is the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War, and was the new nation's first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, Hamilton is the story of America then, told by America now.

The musical is produced by Jeffrey Seller, Sander Jacobs, Jill Furman and The Public Theater.

The Hamilton Original Broadway Cast Recording - recipient of the 2016 Grammy for Best Musical Theatre Album and a regular on numerous Billboard top 10 lists - is available everywhere nationwide.

HAMILTON: The Revolution, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jeremy McCarter's book about the making of the musical, is on sale and has been a selection on The New York Times Best Seller List.

The Chicago production of Hamilton is now in previews and opens on October 19th. A touring production begins a 21-week run in San Francisco in March 2017, followed by a 21-week engagement in Los Angeles. A London production will be mounted, also in 2017.
